Project Management

Project management and control software

To control and manage projects, use two software:

Microsoft Project Manager

Spring

is used. Both of the above programs use the concept of the Critical Path Method (CPM) to manage projects and have the ability to display project activities in the form of a Grant Chart or Pert Chart. Primavera software is mostly used for projects related to the oil and petrochemical industries.

The capabilities of these programs in project control and management include:

Calculating the free time for each activity

Possibility to update the schedule based on the amount of activities performed

Possibility to change the schedule to accelerate the completion of the project

Adjusting and planning for the use of financial resources and other resources needed by the project during its implementation.
